Scanning:
Start with two-view bilateral short-axis scans to see and show plaque or inflammation
Progress to four-view bilateral short and long axis scans to enable arterial age/CIMT when experienced enough.
Revenue:
Up to $100/scan to Your Practice (CS@YourService)
Depending on the number of images and other factors
$99 billed by CURE Coach for:
CURE Screen worksheet report (Plaque? Yes/No/Maybe)
Video Discovery Appointment to discuss findings and next steps
$149 billed by The CURE Center for the CIMT report if scans are sufficient and the patient agrees
Discovery Zoom Appointment
Describe findings on the video screen share.
Offer those eligible (acceptable four-view long axis images) a CIMT interpretation/report or schedule a CIMT.
$99 payment to The CURE Center after the appointment
Vasometric CIMT Report
Created upon patient request and payment of $149 to The CURE Center following the Discovery Video Appointment
Patient is notified and enabled to download the report from the secure Vasolabs portal
